When Skate Boarding began in the 1950’s a Skate Board was literally just that, a Raw piece of wood, hand made and simple. Fast Forward to the 1980’s and illustrations and designs began to appear inspired by Punk Rock Culture. By the 1990’s Pro Skaters, working with designers and illustrators, began to court controversy with some Crazy designs and in 1994 James Jebbia opened his first SkateBoard and Clothing Store – ‘SUPREME’ with the specific aim of being a Gallery rather than just a Store.

MachONE continues in that vain, Real SkateBoards, Original Urban Art, Unique Designs using Spray Paints and on occasion 3D elements arriving ready to hang, putting Street Culture in Gallery settings.
